Dan is an energetic and experienced finance leader in the renewable energy field, with over
two decades of capital raising and advancing energy companies in their growth journeys.
Currently serving as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at General Fusion, he played a crucial role in its latest successful financing round and is driving General Fusion forward as it endeavours to commercialise fusion energy. Dan brings a strong background, including experience in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and UBS, investing in clean energy at private equity funds, and leading several private equity-backed renewable energy growth platforms. After exiting VivoPower, where he co-founded and led the US business, he joined Sempra and undertook several key roles, including directing Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and L.P Relations. He played a key role to support multi-billion-dollar investments into LNG projects, carbon sequestration and clean energy assets for North America's premier energy infrastructure company.

Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and holds an MSc. in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
