Adam Stapledon is the Head of Banking & Finance at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. He has over 25 years’ experience advising sponsors, borrowers and lenders in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, focusing on transactions across the infrastructure, renewables, energy and resources sectors, including creating bankable financing structures that meet the sponsors’ commercial objectives.

Adam covers the full spectrum of project, corporate and acquisition financing, including capital markets, banks and private credit, and has particular expertise in ECA financings and implementing complex multisource financing structures.
