Roman Myers is Head of Corporate Development at Realta Fusion, with a focus on fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development. He previously co-founded Eos Atomics, developing compact neutral beam injection heating systems for fusion developers, and AeroFuse, a fusion propulsion venture targeting zero-emissions medium- and long-haul aviation. Prior to that, Roman was Head of Business Development at ZeroAvia, commercializing hydrogen-electric powertrains, and VP of Aviation at Seeing Machines, where he helped build the pilot state monitoring market and led technology and IP licensing. His career spans 18 years of "zero to one" deep tech commercialization. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
