Andrew Ryan is President of Faraday 1867 Holdings LLC (Faraday), a US-based company whose main asset is Faraday Factory Japan, the world’s largest manufacturer of high-temperature superconductors (HTS). Mr. Ryan began his role as President of Faraday in 2022 following 4 decades of experience in corporate and business law in New York City. Prior to 1994 he worked for large law firms in Philadelphia and New York. In 1994 Mr. Ryan co-founded the law firm Salisbury & Ryan LLP and subsequently co-founded The Ryan Law Group LLP in 2014. As part of his commercial practice, Mr. Ryan represented Faraday predecessors SuperOx Moscow and SuperOx Japan prior to taking on the role of President of Faraday in 2022.
