James has more than 32 years of diversified experience at Fluor; 23 years in market entry and business development, 7 years in project management and engineering management, 2 years in corporate initiatives, starting his career at Fluor in 1993 as a mechanical engineer. James has achieved this industry and leadership diversity through 11 assignments and relocations around the world.
