Lenka Kollar is an expert in advanced energy technologies with deep experience in government, international organizations, and the energy industry. She is the co-founder of Helixos, a strategy consulting and technical advisory firm focused on nuclear fission and fusion energy. She leads a global team providing support to startups, research organizations, investors, governments, and end users to commercialize these new technologies. Prior to co-founding Helixos, Lenka was the Director of Strategy & External Relations at NuScale Power where she worked to bring small modular reactors to market in the U.S. and around the world. Lenka also previously worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. She has a BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from INSEAD.
