Jackie Siebens is the Vice President of Public Affairs at Helion Energy, where she directs policy strategy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement to advance the deployment of commercial fusion energy. She is also a Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center and on the board of the Fusion Industry Association. In September 2024, Jackie testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources on fusion’s path to commercialization and the policies needed to support it.

Previously, she directed government affairs at Oklo, advised on nuclear energy policy at Third Way, and worked at the Stimson Center on nuclear security standards with the private sector. Jackie has published on fusion regulation and nonproliferation with the Atlantic Council and has presented with international organizations including the IAEA. She holds degrees from East Carolina University and NC State University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
