Jo is a Partner at SeaX Ventures, where he leads the investment team backing early-stage companies developing frontier technologies. With over 14 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and special situations, he brings a broad investment perspective to financing and scaling breakthrough technologies globally.

Before joining SeaX Ventures, Jo was part of the investment teams at Ares Management (NYSE: ARES), PROPARCO, Lakeshore Capital, and Bangkok Bank. His experience spans growth equity, buyouts, impact investing, and special situations.

He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is a CFA® charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®).
