Co-CEO of Fusion Fuel Cycles Inc (FFC) on assignment from Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL). Dr. Castillo is a globally recognized expert in tritium technology and nuclear innovation. With nearly two decades at CNL, he has led transformative projects including several large capital projects related to tritium technology and infrastructure, as well as tritium in fusion technology R&D work. He led key technology maturation for Ac-225 production from lab to project, resulting in joint venture launch. Dr. Castillo excels in strategic planning, R&D leadership for small and large teams, and fostering global partnerships. His leadership integrates CNL’s expertise into FFC’s initiatives.
