Dr. Hans-Henrich Altfeld is founder and managing director of the consultancy firm Novo Artifact Consulting EURL, based in France in the proximity of ITER, which specializes on services in support of the Management of Complex Engineering Programs. This reflects the vast experience he has gained during his 40 years of professional career as a senior manager and leader in the context of aeronautical, space, automotive and nuclear EPC programs. He will deliver his presentation under contract by EnableFusion Inc., Korea’s fusion supply chain start-up, which he serves at its European representative.
