Marianna Ginola is Head of Nuclear & Big Science at SIMIC, where she oversees business development, strategic partnerships and the delivery of complex projects in nuclear energy, fusion and major scientific infrastructures. She is also Managing Director of Zanon Research & Innovation, leading initiatives focused on advanced technologies and high-precision engineering. As a Board Member of the European Fusion Association (EFA), she contributes to strengthening Europe’s fusion-energy ecosystem and fostering collaboration between industry, research institutions and international programmes.
