Since 2014 member of CONECTUS board, since 2019 chairman of the board. CONECTUS is the European
association of companies in superconductivity.
Member of the ESAS (European Society for Applied Superconductivity) board.

Fusion:
Deputy chairman of dIIF, the German Iter industry association, 2014 – 2019.
Since 2024 board member at Pro-Fusion, the German fusion industry association
