Kazuki completed the Doctoral Program in the Department of Physics, Graduate School of Science at Osaka University and obtained a Ph.D. focused on research of fast ignition. His demonstration of the efficient plasma heating has paved the way towards commercialization of the laser driven fusion systems. After founding EX-Fusion in 2021, he has led the company to strike the balance between fusion innovation with commercialization of advanced technology in parallel.
