Andras is Managing Partner at Starlight Ventures, a venture firm by founders and for founders investing early in breakthrough technologies addressing planetary challenges. Starlight has been an early investor in fusion including CFS, Xcimer and Thea Energy. As a founder, Andras built Modern Meadow, scaling biomaterials and sustainable proteins, Fork & Good, innovating in cellular agriculture and Organovo, a pioneer in 3D bioprinting. Previously, he managed Richmond Global, an international tech-focused venture fund and is a Kauffman Fellow. He also co-founded the non-profit Resolution Project catalyzing international social entrepreneurship.

He has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer and Crain’s NY 40 under 40. Andras holds degrees from Harvard and Wharton and his greatest ventures are his two daughters.
