Dr. Guinevere Shaw is a Managing Director and Partner of Rutherford Energy Ventures L.P. (REV), where she leads government relations and strategic engagement at the intersection of fusion energy, policy, and investment. Dr. Shaw brings deep expertise in advancing breakthrough energy technologies and aligning public and private stakeholders to accelerate commercialization. She has extensive experience developing and managing large-scale R&D programs, including more than six years at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science Fusion Energy Sciences, where she oversaw the Fusion Nuclear Science and Enabling R&D portfolio. Her work has focused on driving transformative research in fusion energy while building the scientific and institutional ecosystems needed to support a global energy transition.
