Rustem Ospanov is an experimental physicist with nearly 20 years of experience leading innovative research projects at CERN and Fermilab. He earned an MBA from EDHEC and is now building a fusion start-up - Firefly Fusion. It is a French startup developing Europe’s first commercial tokamak. The goal is to build it within eight years on an existing nuclear site, creating a valuable platform for accelerating commercial fusion deployment.
