Ariel Golan is Investment Director at Bayern Kapital, where he focuses on deep tech and industrial innovation investments that strengthen Bavaria’s technology leadership and sustainable industrial base. With a background in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Ariel began his career in technology-focused top-tier management consulting before founding and scaling two companies as an entrepreneur. Following exit, he moved to the investor side and spent five years investing in high-tech, software, and energy technologies at a leading family office. Prior to joining Bayern Kapital, Ariel spent six years in a leading role at InnoEnergy, one of Europe’s leading engines for sustainable energy innovation, supporting and accelerating the energy transition through venture investments and large-scale industrial innovation projects.
