Gorazd is following Cosylab since its beginning and joined Cosylab in 2024 as a business strategy consultant for the fusion domain.

As founder and 18-year CEO of Elaphe Propulsion Technologies, he led the company from zero to a 150+ person organization that achieved: €20+ million top yearly revenue, €5+ million yearly EBITDA, €10+ million equity investment raised, €10+ million in EU grants secured, World-first homologated production vehicles with in-wheel motors (2020) , 20+ strong patent portfolio, recognition among global automotive industry, including the key OEMs, Joint venture established in China.

A physicist by training with research experience at the Hubble Space Telescope, Gorazd combines scientific rigor with entrepreneurial execution. He is a national mathematics champion, former national decathlon athlete, and competitive chess player - bringing the same competitive discipline to every venture.
