Puja Gupta is Executive Vice President at Marvel Fusion Inc., where she leads U.S. operations and strategic initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry, she specializes in public–private partnerships, international collaboration, and commercialization strategies for innovative fusion and fission technologies.
She serves on the Executive Board of the ATLAS laser fusion facility, a major public–private initiative supported by Marvel Fusion, Colorado State University, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at General Atomics, where she guided R&D strategy, corporate development, and global partnerships.
Ms. Gupta holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University. She is Vice Chair of the Southern California Chapter of the American Nuclear Society and an Ambassador to the Cambridge India Business Society.
