Martin Kupp is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at ESCP Business School in Paris. He holds a doctorate from the University of Cologne and leads ESCP’s “Master innover et entreprendre,” which has helped launch more than 200 startups over the past 15 years. Martin teaches deep-tech entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems in ESCP’s EMBA program and publishes regularly in outlets such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review; he has authored four books and 50+ articles. In 2019, he co-founded Renaissance Fusion, the first continental European magnetic-confinement fusion startup.
