Andy Bruce is a Senior Process Engineer in the AtkinsRéalis Nuclear team and a key contributor to the company’s Fusion Account. Over the past five years, he has completed multiple embedded assignments with the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), including the design and build of tritium test rigs and engineering management support for their Tritium Advanced Technologies (H3AT) facility.

He is currently embedded with UK Industrial Fusion Solutions (UKIFS), supporting the STEP programme by assessing supply‑chain readiness and technology development challenges for the tritium fuel cycle of a power‑generating fusion prototype. His interests include isotope‑separation materials and fusion supply chain enabling codes and standards.
