Peter Aucoin is a Senior Vice President at Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm. Teneo takes an integrated approach to complex, high growth markets like fusion, supporting business planning, commercial contracts, strategic communications, diligence, financial advisory, and recruiting and developing teams. Peter works closely with OEMs, investors, utilities, and strategics in the fusion and advanced nuclear ecosystem, enabling capital raises, commercial development, and strategic partnerships.

Peter supported development of some of the first commercial structures for nuclear energy assets in North America, led diligence efforts for investors in capital intensive businesses and supported innovative companies through significant fundraising and SPAC processes. He works across the clean energy ecosystem, supporting corporate strategy, regulatory analysis, and M&A activities with electric utilities, industrials, developers, and investors. Peter holds a dual degree (BEng and HBA) from Ivey Business School and the University of Western Ontario.
