Alexander Valys has held leadership positions in technology startups and innovation since 2004, in fields including healthcare, AI and physics. During graduate school at MIT, he worked at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory on radiation hydrodynamics simulations of inertial fusion fuel capsules, which is where he first became convinced of the potential of inertial fusion. He is co-founder, President & CTO of Xcimer Energy and currently based in Denver, Colorado, USA.
