Dr. Jamnapara is a Founder Director of Plasmatech Innovation Foundation, which is a technology translation company and an Atal Incubation Centre established by IPR, DAE.

He is a strong facilitator of enabling and nurturing the fusion ecosystem and supports deeptech startups engaged in plasma, fusion and allied technologies. Apart from this, he is a senior scientist at the Institute for Plasma Research with 26+ years of experience and holds a doctorate in fusion reactor coatings from IIT Bombay.
