Heike Freund is the Chief Operating Officer of Marvel Fusion, where she focuses her energy on building and scaling the company, professionalizing processes and forming partnerships with industrial partners. ​

Prior to joining Marvel Fusion, Heike was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and core member of the Operations Leadership team of McKinsey, where she focused on projects in the automotive, machinery and high-tech industry. ​

Heike has 15+ years of experience in leading global industrialization projects. Heike holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.
