Itinerary for National Institute for Fusion Science (Toki, Gifu) tour: 

• 8:30 AM – Depart Tokyo Station 

• 10:05–11:05 AM – Bus transfer from Nagoya Station to NIFS

• 11:05 AM–2:45 PM – Tour of NIFS facility, followed by lunch

• 2:45–3:20 PM – Bus transfer back to Nagoya Station

• 3:50 PM – Train from Nagoya to Kyoto

• 4:30–6:00 PM – Sightseeing/Networking

• 6:00–8:00 PM – Networking reception at a local restaurant

• 9:00 PM – Depart Kyoto Station → Return to Tokyo

Itinerary for Kyoto Fusioneering’s Kyoto Research Centre (Kumiyama) tour:
Group 1 – 18 persons

• 8:30 AM – Depart Tokyo Station 
• 10:40–11:00 AM – Bus transfer to Kyoto Fusioneering
• 11:00 AM–1:00 PM – Facility tour
• 1:30–2:30 PM – Lunch
• 2:30–6:00 PM – Sightseeing / Networking

• 9:00 PM – Depart Kyoto Station → Return to Tokyo

• 9:30 AM – Depart Tokyo Station
