Please note this is an active MOD site and a secure location. There are no options for expediting security checks, and although the process if practised and efficient, it is advisable to arrive in good time to allow for security checks, entrance and parking. 

 

TRANSPORT  

Trains 

Stations near Sandhurst 

  • Camberley Station – from Waterloo 

  • Blackwater Station – from Paddington or Waterloo  

  • Farnborough North Station – From Paddington 

Changes are usually required if travelling from London. Sandhurst is a short taxi ride from all stations, and walkable from Camberley 

Security Cleared Taxis
Please ensure you request a security cleared driver. There are only a limited number of security-cleared drivers in each company.
All other taxis will be required to drop/collect you from the gate. Booking in advance is recommended.

Driving 

Private cars can gain access if they are driven by registered participants and the VRN is shared at least 48 hours in advance. Please email your VRN to either sallen@fusionxinvest.com or afischer@fusionxinvest.com. 

There will be signage and stewards showing cars where to park. Once parked please make your way to the Old College Grand Entrance to register and have coffee

Please refer to the Sandhurst Ground Map or ask guards for directions to OLD COLLEGE once through the gates 

 

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS 

You will be on a FusionX:Defence guest list. 

You will need to show government issued PHOTO ID. 

You will then be ticked off the list and given a pass. 

Please use the map to approach Old College, else ask the guards at the gate for directions  

 

Please note that sending someone in your place with less than 48 hours' notice is not an option, they will not be on the list and will be refused entry. If you need to second someone, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.  

 

DEPARTURE 

Private Cars  

Exit out of the gate where they came in. 

Taxis 

Please arrange in advance for taxis to come and collect you, else call them on the day. Please ensure they have your full name to avoid confusion.
