Bibake leads U.S. operations, including investor relations, for the company building the critical plant technologies — breeding blankets, tritium fuel cycles, plasma heating — that every fusion development program needs.

He is Project Director of UNITY-3, a volumetric neutron source for blanket testing, and was instrumental in structuring KF's joint venture with Canadian Nuclear Laboratories — Fusion Fuel Cycles Inc. — which is delivering UNITY-2, the world's first integrated tritium fuel cycle demonstration. He led the establishment of KF's strategic partnerships with the U.S. Department of Energy and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and is Principal Investigator on multiple DOE-funded research projects. He is a key contributor to the U.S. Fusion Science & Technology Roadmap and test infrastructure strategy for qualifying fusion blanket and fuel cycle technologies.

Bibake's perspective on fusion commercialization is shaped by a prior career in M&A strategy consulting. He holds an MBA and M.S. in Big Data and Business Analytics.
