Jake brings over 20 years of experience leading global teams at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategic growth. He has successfully executed multi-million-dollar product portfolio transformations, digital process overhauls, and operational turnarounds in both startup and enterprise environments. Jake holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Calvin University.
