Christian Bjelland is an Operating Partner and Head of Capital Formation & Strategic Partnerships at Lowercarbon Capital. He leads capital raising initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive growth for the firm and to support their portfolio companies.

Christian brings over a decade of experience building and scaling companies that address critical market challenges. Most recently at Redesign Health, he served as Managing Director helping lead their international platform expansion before transitioning to an advisory role to continue supporting their mission to transform healthcare delivery.

Previously, as a founder of Hello Alfred, he helped build North America's leading resident-centric technology platform, which now serves over 300,000 residents across 357 communities in 52 markets. He also co-founded TRIDENT, a private equity firm that leverages data and technology to provide equitable access to small business investment opportunities.

Christian has a BA and MBA from Harvard, and started his career in Investment Banking at Lazard in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group.
